COVID-19 Support

Frigbot is committed to supporting its customers during the COVID-19 crisis. You may not know but Frigbot is a Startup Business in Perth Western Australia, the Frigbot solution is relied upon as a front line tool during this crisis. Some interesting statistics for you, right now 15% of the Frigbot fleet is deployed into pharmaceutical applications in hospitals and chemists, a further 17% of devices are deployed in front line support in the hospital and other care facility kitchens where Frigbot is providing food safe compliance and alarm reporting. The remaining fleet of Frigbot devices are installed in thousands of small to medium businesses and provide remote monitoring and remote access to many un-attended and un-accessible coolrooms, freezer rooms and other items of refrigeration equipment. We feel a strong obligation to our customer base in the urgent time of need.

Increased Product Support

For Customers who need product support with setting up alarms, the configuration of reports or any other product-related issues we have created a new email point of contact which is monitored 24/7 please send an email to ​help@frigbot.com​, you will need to (if possible) identify your Frigbot device ID, and a description of your issue, if possible a photo of your Frigbot device screen and a photo of your controller model number.

Suspended Subscription

Customers who are in financial crisis we have implemented a new mechanism which will enable you to suspend the Frigbot subscription for your device. The device is still technically on the network and able to communicate, we just suspend the communications. There is a small $2/mth fee to suspend each device, the good news is that once the crisis is over this device can be instantly reactivated again.

Instructions to suspend a Frigbot subscription

  1. Log in ​https://frigbot.com/en/login
  2. Open the Frigbots TAB
  3. Select the Frigbot you want to suspend (open it)
  4. In the DETAILS section you will find PLAN, click the blue pencil (edit icon)
  5. From the DROP Down menu select "SUSPEND"
  6. Click the green tick icon to save.

Terminate Subscription

Termination of a service is a last resort. This action will immediately terminate all payments and all services for this device. All terminated devices are automatically quarantined for 30 days. **IMPORTANT** IF THIS FRIGBOT IS NOT RE-COMMENCED WITHIN 30 DAYS THE SIM WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED AND THE HARDWARE WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION.

Instructions to terminate a Frigbot subscription

  1. Log into https://frigbot.com/en/login
  2. Open the Frigbots TAB
  3. Select the Frigbot you want to terminate (open it)
  4. In the DETAILS section you will find PLAN, click the blue pencil (edit icon)
  5. From the DROP Down menu select "TERMINATE"
  6. Click the green tick icon to save.
  7. *Optional* Return the hardware device to frigbot.com for a $50 per device refund.

Frigbot Hardware Refund

If you terminate a subscription, and will no longer need the hardware device, as a gesture of goodwill during this crisis Frigbot will refund $50 for every working Frigbot device that is returned to Frigbot HQ.

How to get a refund

  1. Wrap your working Frigbot in bubble wrap to make it safe
  2. Mail to Frigbot Pty Ltd, PO Box 1415, Osborne Park, WA, 6017
  3. Include your name, your banking details and your email address
  4. Once we receive your Frigbot we will provide a $50 EFT refund within 14 days
