4. Domestic Freight

For domestic shipments within Australia, we use Australia Post. The cost of postage is calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Typically, the cost to deliver a small parcel to an Australian capital city is around AUD $18, and to an Australian rural address is around AUD $28.

5. Local Courier Pickup

We accept local courier pickup at the customer's expense from our office address. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable pickup time and ensure that your courier service is aware of the pickup details.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
