If you are receiving blank report daily, it is probably because your device is not communicating with the network.
To check if you device is communicating, go to the Frigbot's page and mouse over the temperature graph. Every point of temperature will show the time when it was collected.
If the time is not recent, it means that the device is not communicating with the system.
